1. Appointments: No, we don't require appointments. Walk-ins are welcome.
2. Service Guarantee: We stand by our work. If something doesn't feel right after a service, bring it back, and we'll make it a priority to address.
3. Turnaround Time: We aim to complete services in 2-4 days after drop-off. Some services, like tire installs, derailluer adjustments, and small corrections, can even be done on the same day. Just ask, and if we can get to it, we will.
4. Rush Work: In case of an emergency, we offer rush work for a small fee.

5. Cable Stretch: For derailleur cables, cable stretch is common after replacement. Our technicians can explain how to correct this on the trail. If you have issues, feel free to return for further explanation.
